Check before you pay
We do not offer returns or exchanges after delivery, so please open and check your parcel carefully in front of the delivery person before paying. Check the product, color, size and overall condition.
Problem at the time of delivery
If the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, tell the delivery person and contact us on WhatsApp right away. You do not have to accept the parcel. We will arrange a replacement or cancel the order at no cost to you.
After you accept the parcel
Once you have received the parcel and paid, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please make sure everything is correct before you accept it.
