Shop with confidence. You only pay once the parcel is in your hands.

• Cash on Delivery is available across Bangladesh. No advance payment is needed.
• Open and check the parcel in front of the delivery person, then pay in cash.
• Please keep the exact amount ready, as delivery staff may not always carry change.
• If the product is not what you ordered, you do not have to accept the parcel.

We dispatch every confirmed order as quickly as possible.

• Delivery charge: Tk 70 inside Dhaka and Tk 130 outside Dhaka.
• Estimated delivery time is 24–72 hours after order confirmation across Bangladesh.
• Remote areas or unexpected events (weather, strikes, holidays) may cause delays.
• Our team confirms every order by WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable.
• You can follow your parcel any time on the Track Order page.

Please check your parcel carefully before you pay. We do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery.

• Open and check the parcel in front of the delivery person before paying.
• If the item is damaged, defective or wrong, do not accept the parcel and contact us on WhatsApp right away.
• We will arrange a replacement or cancel the order at no cost to you.
• Once you have accepted the parcel and paid, returns, exchanges and refunds are not possible.

Changed your mind? Let us know as early as you can.

• You can cancel or edit an order before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp or by phone.
• Once an order is on its way, cancellation may not be possible.
• Because we use Cash on Delivery, you will not be charged anything for a cancelled order.
• Repeatedly refusing to accept parcels may lead us to limit future orders.

We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to deliver your order.

• We collect your name, phone number, delivery address and order details to process and deliver your order.
• Your information is never sold. It is shared only with delivery partners who need it to reach you.
• We may contact you about your order by phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
• We use basic cookies to keep your cart and improve how the site works.
